One of the most important issues discussed in the last decade, the human capital, Human capital Or the quality of labor or human institutional knowledge, increased production and economic growth Countries are .Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and job performance is the masters of PNU Lorestan Province. Methodology: The methodology of this study is descriptive correlational. The target population included all faculty PNU is Lorestan Province's population of 380 people were chosen randomly to collect data in this research is a questionnaire of social capital and job performance. In order to explain the impact of each of the components of social capital on job performance of managers of the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression 78 / = R Square it is used to verify linearity
Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between social capital and job performance of teachers. Between trust, political participation, the ability of informal social relations, diversity in fellowship and friendship of the components of social capital and job performance of teachers and there is a significant positive relationship. Regression analysis with stepwise method showed that the 4 components of social capital: trust, ability to establish informal social relations, diversity in fellowship and friendship and political participation, are the best predictors of job performance. And altogether 78% of the variance in job performance of teachers set.
