Social vitality, as a vital component of mental and social health, plays a key role in realizing a dynamic and healthy society. As the first and most enduring social institution, the family serves as an essential foundation for forming and strengthening individuals' social vitality. Islam pays special attention to the family institution and the importance of its stability and the vibrancy of its internal relationships, offering a rich framework of values and ethical-educational principles to foster vitality. Given the increasing importance of this subject and the lack of comprehensive research in this area, this article aims to explain the main components of vitality in family relationships from the perspective of Islamic teachings and examine their role in promoting social vitality. This study follows a descriptive-explanatory method using library research. The key components of vitality in family relationships examined in this research include: Tranquility (Sakina), Love and Affection (Mawadda), Respect and Honor, Dialogue and Consultation, Attention to Needs, and Leisure Time. The findings indicate that observing and institutionalizing these components in family relationships leads to an environment filled with warm, intimate, and empathetic relations. This, in turn, provides the groundwork for sustainable vitality within the family and promotes the social vitality of individuals in society, ultimately increasing social capital.
