The effect of social capital on the creativity of management students
Case study: The management students of university of Ilam
Authors believe that creativity means to create new ideas and toughts which are profitable for society. Meanwhile, social capital, it seems , has influence on the factors creativity, idea attainment , innovative behaviors and risk – taking in both societies and organizations.in this regard, the current article is aimed to investigate the influence of social capital on the creativity of management students of university of Ilam. The population includes all students among whom 252 ones were randomly selected as the sample by use of Cocharan formula. In order to test hypotheses, both Pearson’s correlation test and multi reggretion test were used. Findings show that personal and basic confidence has positive influence on the creativity of students. Moreover, the creativity level of students is improved by coordinated, charitable and religious cooperation’s. Meanwhile, the two formal cooperation and general confidence have no meaningful affect on the creativity of the students.
