Abstract

Since Islam is a religion beyond races, regions, time and place, and in other words it is universal, the Qur'anic addresses have generally begun with "Ya Ayoha al-Nas (O' People)". We are the heirs of a school that, if we can bring the precious ideals of this school to the world, we can enlighten the world of corruption, sin, and darkness through pure Islam. In addition, due to the blessing of Islamic Revolution, Islam and Shia are far more welcomed by people worldwide than in the past, which is the equivalent of a thousand years in the past, in case of comparison. At the same time, with the people's eagerness worldwide, the propaganda of enemies to counter Islam and the Shia of the Islamic Revolution and the attempt to propagate vicious thoughts is also incompatible with the history of humankind. The Devil is standing in front of us with all his might, using all sorts of new tools and technology and cyberspace. This is inconsistent with the actions of the seminary in the arena of propagation, despite the fact that the seminary has taken valuable steps compared to the pre-revolutionary era. However, some software and hardware shortcomings, underlying and management failures, and lack of necessary support have made spreading pure Islam face serious challenge. In this regard, generally, interviews with senior scholars in the seminary, particularly the Supreme Leader of Iran, and several papers such as the papers of the Journal of Hawzah, Nos. 43 and 44, have been spread and published. The purpose of this study is to examine the soft and hard harm in the international arena of propaganda and to take fundamental steps in this field by dealing with these harm and weaknesses and turning them into strengths. Our method in the study is critical and explanatory and we use library and field technique
