In the realm of politics, which is the main topic of this paper, secularists emphasize the freedom of faith, the legal equality of religions, and the moral choices and neutrality of governments. It is claimed that this neutrality is due to the avoidance of religious and moral commitments and attachments to an area that can be detrimental to individual rights and civil liberties and equality. Secular governments are not against loyalty, but only loyalty to the government and its rules and regulations is promoted and allowed. How, and fundamentally, the alleged neutrality can be summed up in primary and secondary loyalty to the government is itself a serious question and paradox. The paradox of dualism hidden in secularism; That is, the duality of individual and social life, the paradox of transnational diversity and state unity, and the disregard for the conceptual relationship between God and man and his rights and capabilities as the basis for the justifiability of human rights, are major paradoxes of secularism.}, keywords = {secularism,laïcité,government neutrality,legal equality,civil liberty,civil rights}, title_fa = {چالش‌ها و پارادوکس‌های عمدۀ سکولاریسم؛ رویکردی نظریه‌پردازانه}, abstract_fa = {سکولاریسم یا به‌صورت کلی، جدایی دین و اخلاق از عرصۀ عمومی، سیاست و قدرت دولتی، متأثر از دوگانه‌نگری‌های غالب و جاری پس از دکارت و بی‌توجه به ربط‌ها و اتصال‌هاست. در قلمرو سیاست که بحث اصلی این مقاله است، تأکید سکولارها بر آزادی ایمان، برابری حقوقی ادیان و انتخاب‌های اخلاقی و بی‌طرفی دولت‌هاست. این گونه ادعا می‌شود که این بی‌طرفی به دلیل اجتناب از ورود تعهدات و دلبستگی‌های دینی و اخلاقی به عرصه‌ای است که می‌تواند مخل حقوق فردی و آزادی‌های مدنی و برابری افراد باشد. دولت‌های سکولار مخالف وفاداری نیستند، اما تنها وفاداری نسبت به دولت و قوانین و قواعد آن تبلیغ می‌شود و مجاز است. اینکه چگونه و به‌لحاظ مبنایی، بی‌طرفی مورد ادعا با وفاداری اولیه و ثانویه به دولت قابل جمع است، خود از پرسش‌ها و پارادوکس‌های جدی است؛ پارادوکس دوگانه‌نگری مستتر در سکولاریسم؛ یعنی دوگانۀ حیات فردی و اجتماعی، پارادوکس تنوع فرادولتی و وحدت دولتی و بی‌توجهی به رابطۀ مفهومی خدا و انسان و حق و قابلیت‌های او به‌مثابۀ مبنای توجیه‌پذیری حقوق انسانی، از پارادوکس‌های عمدۀ سکولاریسم است.}, keywords_fa = {سکولاریسم,لائیسیته,بی‌طرفی دولت,برابری حقوقی,آزادی مدنی,حقوق شهروندی}, url = {https://jiss.isca.ac.ir/article_72526.html}, eprint = {https://jiss.isca.ac.ir/article_72526_c579a216cec3fbd19d3fd705c33bcd1d.pdf} }
