hosn zan implementation in organization changes pessimism, excessive bureaucracy and bad competition to optimism, confidence between human resources and productive relationship. Hosn Zan is one of the most applicable characteristic in Islam. In the other hand soue'zan can make useless conflict and mood discomfort for organization members. But Hosn Zan is a source of calm and unity. Regardless of the ethical position of goodwill, putting this concept on the horizons of organizational culture has very beneficial effects, such as facilitating the affairs, reducing pressure, trusting members of the organization, and lightening the staff. The authors of the present study, using the method of thematic analysis and based on the Quranic verses and narrations related to this issue, have been sought out in the Book of Mizal al-Hikmah to find the organizational and applied implications of hosn zan from the verses and traditions. Ultimately, organization by implementation of Hosn zan can bring a new culture and spirit, thereby doubling the employees' motivation and job satisfaction by restoring human dignity.
