Journal Article 2025 12 30 Under current conditions and with the accelerating process of globalization, culture has increasingly garnered attention as a fundamental component of societal development. Meanwhile, the formal educational system holds a special place in achieving cultural development due to its planned structure and foundational role in transmitting and reproducing values. However, the diversity and conflict of perspectives regarding the optimal model of cultural development have posed theoretical challenges to this field. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the endogenous approach to cultural development and examine its alignment with Islamic sources and teachings, with an emphasis on the role of the formal educational system. This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method based on the conceptual analysis of Islamic sources, including verses of the Noble Quran and the perspectives of Islamic thinkers. The findings indicate that the endogenous approach to cultural development possesses theoretical coherence and validity from a rational standpoint and within the framework of Islamic teachings. The results reveal that the realization of sustainable cultural development, at the theoretical level, requires the design and balanced implementation of the components of cultural self-belief, cultural purification, and conscious communication with other cultures, commensurate with various educational levels in the formal educational system. در شرایط کنونی و با شتاب فزاینده فرایند جهانی‌شدن، فرهنگ به‌عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های اساسی توسعه جوامع، بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این میان، نظام آموزش رسمی به دلیل ساختار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و نقش بنیادین آن در انتقال و بازتولید ارزش‌ها، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در تحقق توسعه فرهنگی دارد. بااین‌حال، تنوع و تعارض دیدگاه‌ها درباره الگوی مطلوب توسعه فرهنگی، این حوزه را با چالش‌های نظری مواجه ساخته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین رویکرد درون‌زای توسعه فرهنگی و بررسی میزان هم‌سویی آن با منابع و آموزه‌های اسلامی، با تأکید بر نقش نظام آموزش رسمی است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر تحلیل مفهومی منابع اسلامی، شامل آیات قرآن کریم، و دیدگاه اندیشمندان اسلامی، انجام شده است. یافته‌‎ها نشان می‌دهد که رویکرد درون‌زای توسعه فرهنگی، از منظر عقلانی و در چهارچوب آموزه‌های اسلامی، واجد انسجام واعتبار نظری است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که تحقق توسعه فرهنگی پایدار، در سطح نظری، مستلزم طراحی و اجرای متوازن مؤلفه‌های خودباوری فرهنگی، پالایش فرهنگی و ارتباط آگاهانه با فرهنگ‌های دیگر، متناسب با سطوح گوناگون تحصیلی در نظام آموزش رسمی است. https://jiss.isca.ac.ir/article_80253_5b10811c42904e3df9b46c6bfa2a088a.pdf
