The research methodology is analytical-interpretive and qualitative content analysis. Within this framework, intervening factors are categorized into four main groups: cultural and mental, social and communicative, religious and divine, and structural and migratory factors. The research results indicate the key and prominent role of factors such as piety (<em>Taqwa</em>), justice, fulfillment of covenants, and Divine Will in the formation of social security. Conversely, factors such as rumor-mongering, prejudice, and obstinacy can undermine social security. Furthermore, the role of Divine Will is emphasized as a pivotal factor in the shaping of social security. Unlike Western theories, such as the Copenhagen School, which primarily emphasize external and structural factors, this study is grounded in religious foundations and ethical values. The findings of this research can serve as a basis for future studies aimed at indigenizing social security theories based on religious teachings. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل مداخله‌گر امنیت اجتماعی از منظر قرآن کریم، به تحلیل آیات قرآن و استخراج مفاهیم مرتبط با این موضوع پرداخته است. روش پژوهش، تحلیلی-تفسیری و تحلیل محتوای کیفی است . در قالب این روش، عوامل مداخله‌‌گر در چهار دسته اصلی شامل: عوامل فرهنگی و ذهنی، اجتماعی و ارتباطی، دینی و الهی و ساختاری و مهاجرتی دسته‌‌‌بندی شده‌اند. نتایج پژوهش از نقش کلیدی و برجسته عواملی همچون: تقوا، عدالت، وفای به عهد و اراده الهی، در شکل‌گیری امنیت اجتماعی حکایت دارد. در مقابل، عواملی مانند: شایعه‌‌سازی، تعصب و لجاجت می‌توانند امنیت اجتماعی را تضعیف کنند. افزون‌براین، نقش اراده الهی به عنوان عاملی کلیدی در شکل‌گیری امنیت اجتماعی مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش برخلاف نظریه‌های غربی مانند مکتب کپنهاک، که بیشتر بر عوامل بیرونی و ساختاری تأکید دارند، بر پایه‌‌های دینی و ارزش‌های اخلاقی استوار است. یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان پایه‌ای برای تحقیقات آینده در جهت بومی‌سازی نظریه‌‌های امنیت اجتماعی بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. https://jiss.isca.ac.ir/article_79644_0589f492e1a7300d2a18dffaff741d4c.pdf
